Shepard's Macaroni

Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta (cooked al dente)
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 8 oz Italian sausage (browned)
- 2 t crushed red pepper flakes
- Romano cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Brown the sausage, then add the ricotta cheese, red pepper flakes, and plenty of black pepper and heat through.
- Toss the pasta in the sausage and cheese mixture.
- Plate, garnish with cheese, and serve.
